Time Travel in Chinese Culture

A group of BBSG students, dressed in traditional Chinese costumes, came together for a special performing arts assembly to celebrate Chinese culture.

With the theme A Journey through Time and Culture, our Performing Arts Department and students have immersed themselves in the beauty of Chinese traditions. The assembly showcased their hard work and dedication over the past few weeks.

Traditional Costume Catwalk

Grade 1 students presented a catwalk in traditional Chinese costumes that brought the elegance of Chinese attire to a modern stage with western pop music as background beats.

Bilingual Poetry and Chinese Dance

Reciting a classic poem in both Chinese and English, Grade 2 students paired their reading with soft dance movements, drawing the audience into the enchanting world of Chinese poetry and dance.

Chinese Kung Fu

Grade 5 students' Kung Fu demonstration embodied not only the power but also the spirit and resilience passed down through Chinese culture.
