BBSG Offer Presentation Ceremony

This summer, a new constellation of aspiring stars has found their place in the BBSG universe.

From over 500 applicants, we are delighted to welcome more than a hundred exceptional students as the first group of new joiners for 25-26AY, to embark on their unique journey at BBSG.

New Journey at BBSG

At the school entrance, our beloved BBSG Bear welcomed each arriving family. These precious photographic moments captured their radiant smiles and enthusiasm, marking their first memories at BBSG.

Spark on Your Own Tracks

The ceremony began with a musical performance by our Music teacher, Mr. Timothy Yu, and Drama teacher, Mr. James Lloyd. They presented a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Chinese piece "Why Are the Flowers So Red?" - symbolising our wish for each student to flourish in their own unique way at BBSG.

Four student representatives shared their BBSG experiences in fluent English and Chinese, highlighting their personal growth through international competitions, student exchange programme experiences with Benenden School in the UK, and various school activities.

These speakers included founding students, scholarship recipients, primary students who demonstrated remarkable progress, and student leaders, each offering distinct perspectives on the diverse achievements possible at BBSG.

The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of Admissions Offers to each new student by our School Section Heads, marking the official commencement of their BBSG journey, witnessed by families and staff alike.

Looing Ahead with BBSG

To facilitate new students' transition to their upcoming academic adventure, our School Section Heads and teachers outlined our distinctive curriculum and learning activities, complemented by a "Holiday Pack" to help students structure their summer in preparation for the new academic year.

At BBSG, we firmly believe each student possesses unique potential. We encourage every student to follow their own bent and spark on their own track, enabling them to shine brilliantly among countless possibilities.
