Mr. Tines has taught acting, dance, movement, and theatre history for over forty years. He used to serve as the Executive Director of the Paul Mellon Arts Centre and head of the Choate Rosemary Hall Arts Department, Assistant Head of School for Advancement at the Marvelwood School, Dean of the Arts at the Isidore Newman School in New Orleans and Dean of the Performing Arts at the Dwight-Englewood School. In addition, Paul was the Executive Director of Broadway Asia Entertainment, establishing musical theatre academies in China and South Korea.

He has directed and choreographed over 150 musicals and plays at the Paul Mellon Arts Centre (Choate), Ward Centre for the Arts (St. Paul’s Schools), Austin Arts Centre (Trinity College), The Contemporary Arts Centre and Newman Arts Centre (NOLA), Newton Country Players and Lexington Players (Boston), and other regional theatres. His students have appeared on Broadway and the West End in Matilda, Finding Neverland, Getting the Band Back Together, POTUS, Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark, Rock of Ages, The Lion King, Groundhog Day, Paradise Square, High School Musical and Shucked.

Mr. Tines has earned degrees from Johns Hopkins University, M.A.; Wesleyan University, Certificate of Advanced Studies; Pacific Western University, B.A.; and studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He has participated in the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Arts, and Passion-Driven Learning Institute; Harvard Graduate School of Education, MBE Institute; and was an NAIS Fellow for Aspiring School Heads.

Dr. Chen is a highly respected expert in the field of STEAM Education with 10+ experiences and has unique insights into the development of AI curriculum. Having had obtained his post-doctoral fellowship in wireless sensor networks from CREST R&D Centre (USA) and PhD in Global Information and Telecommunication Studies from Waseda University (Japan), Dr. Chen has extended experience in leading academic research in Key universities, establishing and managing IB/A-Level international schools by taking leadership responsibilities.

Additionally, as a Japan MEXT Global COE Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award winner, Dr. Chen owns many patents and has published 3 high quality SCI-indexed journal papers and 20+ international conference papers as the 1st author.

With over 15 years of experience gained with bilingual and international schools in China, Mr. Hodgkinson has developed a deep understanding of international education systems and multicultural environments. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from the University of Cumbria. 

Mr. Williams is a highly experienced educator with an impressive 22-year tenure in the teaching industry. He has gained international teaching experience in countries such as Qatar, South Korea, Singapore, Mongolia, Thailand, and China. He was honoured with the Employee of the Year Award (China) with his previous school and was an inaugural inductee into the school’s High Performance Program. In addition to his teaching accomplishments, Mr. Williams has shared his expertise at prominent conventions, including EdCon 360 in 2021 and the 2020 International and Bilingual Schools China Conference.

Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, as well as a PGCEi and Masters certificate from the University of Nottingham, UK.

He believes that inspiration and differentiation are paramount skills for any educator. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys reading, writing, and swimming. He achieved third place in the New Zealand National Writing competition, reached the final round of The Bangkok Poetry Slam, and is currently working on the third draft of his first novel.

With a teaching career spanning 30 years, Ms. Yap has worked in Malaysia, Italy, and New Zealand. Her academic background includes a Master’s degree. She specialises in Humanities and Social Sciences, having led departments in Mass Communication and Media Studies.

Ms. Yap has significant teaching experience in IB, including History, English A HL, English B HL, and Theory of Knowledge. She is also an IB DP Programme Consultant and examiner, helping schools prepare for IB authorization. She's also passionate about fostering critical thinking and analytical skills in students, ensuring they are well-prepared for their academic and professional futures.

Mr. Weait holds an MA in TESOL and Educational Leadership and Management.

With 14 years of experience teaching English in China, spanning four countries and six Chinese cities, he has developed profound insights into instructing students from diverse backgrounds and abilities across various curricula.

His teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive learning environment that prioritises skill development intending to enhance students' abilities comprehensively, emphasising both overall skill improvement and exam success.

Ms.Jiang holds the national first-level teacher title and has nearly 10 years of teaching experience in the field of international bilingual education. She has served as the Deputy Head of the Chinese department at a renowned international bilingual school in Shenzhen, overseeing the Primary Chinese curriculum. She has played a leading role in curriculum development and classroom instruction. She is very interested in creative writing and has received the Outstanding Guidance Teacher Award at the International School Chinese Poetry Contest for four consecutive years. She also won the Outstanding Guidance Teacher Award in the first National Creative Writing Competition.

Ms. Jiang holds a dual bachelor's degree in Education and Literature from South China Normal University. With her passion for education, she further pursued a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. Jiang's exceptional academic performance earned her a first-class scholarship.

She believes what Confucius has said Those who love it are better than those who know it, and those who delight in it are better than those who love it and hopes that every child will not only learn but also love learning, becoming a lifelong learner who finds joy in it.

In her spare time, she likes skiing, hiking, and playing board games.

Ms. Qingfang Wei holds a Master of Education in Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. She is certified by the Chinese Ministry of Education to teach Chinese at the secondary school level and is a CBCI (Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction) Certified Trainer.

With 16 years of experience teaching IB and IGCSE curricula, Ms. Wei emphasizes enhancing students' conceptual understanding and real-world application skills through inquiry and project-based learning. Her teaching philosophy centers on developing critical thinkers prepared for lifelong learning, believing this approach is more valuable than mere knowledge transmission.

Ms. Wei has also conducted workshops on Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction for international, bilingual, and public schools across China.

Ms. Zhang has 7 years experience in the education industry, including working in China and Thailand.

She is a concept-based curriculum and instruction certified trainer.

Ms. Zhang graduated as Master from Sun Yat-Sen University.

Ms. Ji holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Psychology from Sun Yat-sen University. Previously, Ms. Ji served as the Primary Maths Coordinator at a bilingual school. She brings extensive experience in bilingual.

 mathematics instruction and is dedicated to blending traditional teaching methods with innovative approaches.

Mr. Guo has 6 years of experience in STEAM and innovation education. He was the Head of Curriculum Design for DJI's RoboMaster S1 prototype robot, a mentor for Lead Teachers Training in Artificial Intelligence Science and Innovation Education for Elementary and Middle Schools in Guangdong Province, and a mentor of STEAM Marathon Training for teachers in Shenzhen.

Mr. Guo holds Master's Degree in Communication and Information System from Harbin Engineering University.

He loves museum education and has designed and implemented several science, technology and humanities museum study programmes.

Ms. Li is an experienced educator with a strong background in project-based learning and cultivating a scientific mindset through inquiry activities. She was part of the founding faculty at a prestigious bilingual school in Shenzhen, where she gained valuable expertise in implementing innovative teaching methods.

With a major in Chemistry and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in science from Beijing Normal University, Ms. Li brings a deep understanding of the subject matter to her teaching practice. She has also published articles in top journals in the field of material science, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of research and contributing to the advancement of knowledge.

Ms. Li's educational philosophy revolves around the concept of learning by doing, encouraging students to actively engage in hands-on activities to deepen their understanding and foster critical thinking skills.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Li indulges in her personal hobbies. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a keen interest in woodwork. Additionally, she actively participates in the preservation of traditional Chinese crafts. In her leisure time, you can find Ms. Li exploring the depths of the ocean as she shares a love for diving.
