Ms. He holds master's degrees in Prevention Science and Practice from Harvard University and Mental Health Counselling from Boston College, and received clinical training at Harvard Medical School. Her expertise includes designing school bullying prevention programs and supporting children's and adolescents' well-being.

Ms. He has worked with students and families from the US and China. She addresses issues such as peer relationships, identity development, academic stress, and mental health concerns. Ms. He is also passionate about promoting healthy digital identities and integrating media and storytelling into psychotherapy and classroom practices.

Following a decade of study and residence in the United States, Ms. Lydia Zhang returned to Guangzhou to begin her career as a psychology teacher. She practised as a therapist in a professional clinic, where she further refined her clinical skills and gained extensive professional experience. 

Ms. Lydia Zhang believes that a supportive environment is essential for developing a student's inner resilience and strength. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, she provides professional guidance to help students navigate challenges and foster lasting emotional well-being.
