Mr. Chu holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the UK. He has worked at international schools in Shanghai and Hong Kong. There, he implemented innovative bilingual teaching strategies to boost student engagement and comprehension in his classroom.

Mr. Chu is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and also Japanese.

Ms. Chen holds a Master’s degree in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University. With two years of experience working with non-native English speakers in a non-profit organization in the United States, she has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges these students face and the importance of providing equal access to quality education.

Passionate about creating a welcoming and interactive learning environment, Ms. Chen inspires independent and confident learners. Her experience teaching refugee children has strengthened her connections with students, allowing her to understand their perspectives and support their growth.

Beyond her teaching commitments, Ms. Chen enjoys exploring educational strategies and participating in community initiatives aimed at improving access to education. She believes that an inclusive atmosphere is essential for empowering all students to reach their full potential.

Mrs. Barry is an experienced English educator. She has taught IGCSE and A-Level English in China, designing engaging lessons that support diverse learners and promote academic excellence. Her experience also extends to boarding operations, safeguarding initiatives, and pastoral care. 

Mrs. Barry believes in holistic education that nurtures both intellect and empathy, preparing students to thrive in a complex world. Fluent in English and familiar with both UK and Chinese educational contexts, she enjoys literature, creative writing, and family life.

Mr. Main holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education International (PGCE) from the University of Nottingham.

With nearly a decade of experience in China, Mr. Main has served as a Key Stage lead and English teacher.

Outside of education, Mr. Main is interested in nature and wildlife photography, writing, and travel.

Mr. Anderson holds a Master's Degree in Teaching (Primary), with a specialisation in pedagogies for teaching all subjects, particularly maths.

He has extensive international teaching experience in Japan, China, and South Korea. In these roles, Mr. Anderson has developed curricula, conducted staff training, and managed classrooms across various educational levels. This diverse experience has enriched his approach to education and classroom management.

Ms. Cao holds Master's degrees in English Language Teaching and in Foreign Language Studies and Applied Linguistics. She also possesses TESOL and TEFL certificates, as well as a CAEL Test Proctor certification. 

With a diverse teaching background, Ms. Cao has over 15 years experience as a homeroom teacher, an ESL teacher, and a subject lead in international schools. Her expertise extends to teaching IB PYP and MYP English programmes.

Ms. Zhang brings four years of teaching experience and is committed to cultivating a lasting enthusiasm for learning in her students. She encourages them to explore with curiosity, ask questions with confidence, and embrace mistakes as valuable steps in the learning process. 

Dedicated to creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, Ms. Zhang supports students in developing strong language skills while fostering independence and critical thinking. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, travelling, and discovering different cultures. 

Ms. Mai graduated from Monash University and completed her master’s degree in General Education. After graduation, she continued to enhance her teaching skills by completing TEFL and all TKT modules.

With 5 years of teaching experience, she brings passion and liveliness to every class, making learning enjoyable and interactive for her students. 

She is a person who is passionate about life and her career. In her eyes, it's a wonderful thing to embrace diversity.

Ms. Xi’s teaching career covers a wide spectrum of learners—from university English majors to K–12 students in universities, language institutes, and international schools. She is adept at ESL instruction, exam preparation for international curricula, and immersive language programs, grounding every lesson in adaptive pedagogy.

Most recently, as ESL Coordinator and Head of Junior School English at an international bilingual school, she has led curriculum design and driven whole-school language development. Her enduring passion is to craft inclusive, student-centred spaces where language learning becomes a bridge between cultures.

As the mother of two daughters, Katharine also brings a parent’s insight and a teacher’s expertise to every conversation—instinctively balancing what families hope for with what children truly need.

Ms. Wendy graduated from Nanfang College of Sun Yat-Sen University, majoring in English. She has over three years of experience working in the teaching department at an international school with IB PYP curriculum. 

 Throughout the past six years, her entire career has been dedicated to education, and she is deeply passionate about children and learning. She strongly believes that children perform better when they feel good, and that it is important to be both kind and firm in her approach.

Ms. Agudelo holds a Master's degree in Education from the Liverpool John Moores University with a major in International Business. She is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of East London.

With an impressive teaching background, Ms. Agudelo has nearly 20 years’ experience teaching in prestigious schools across Bangladesh, China and Estonia. Her passion for teaching is driven by an enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and interests with students.

Ms. Agudelo is fluent in Spanish, French and English. She is also an accomplished pianist, having played since childhood.

Mr. Skouri holds a Master's in Education and Digital Pedagogical Development, as well as a Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française C2 from Alliance Française. He is extensively certified in the IB programme, including qualifications in Investigating Inquiry, PYP, MYP and DP.

With a rich professional background, in prestigious schools across Colombia,  Bangladesh, and Estonia, Mr. Skouri specialises in French language teaching and curriculum development.  In addition to his teaching and coordination roles, Mr. Skouri has been actively involved with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) as a visitor.

Mr. Skouri is deeply interested in technology and enjoys staying updated with the latest tech trends. He is fluent in French, English, Arabic, and Spanish.
