Ms. Liang earned a Master's degree with Dean’s honor in Leading Innovative Learning Organizations at the Education University of Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology in Education. 

Ms. Liang is an ISTE certified educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator, and Apple Teacher. 

With a decade of experience in teaching and leadership, Ms. Liang is passionate about EdTech, particularly in facilitating innovative STEAM programs and running makerspaces. Her professional background includes serving as an Innovation Coach and STEAM coordinator at top-tier international schools in Beijing and Guangzhou. She also supports students in AI projects, virtual reality, robotics, and inquiry-based learning initiatives.

Mr. Elmes holds a Graduate Diploma of Teaching and has over 35 years working experience in international schools, including in Thailand, Japan and New Zealand as a Materials Technology teacher and Specialist Team Leader and homeroom teacher.

His passion lies in real-world, authentic project-based learning. He creates opportunities for students to collaborate, bringing and developing a wide range of skills and knowledge to meet genuine, real-world design challenges.

Mr. Barry has extensive teaching experience in Chemistry and Physics across international and bilingual schools, where he has led curriculum design, academic strategy, and university guidance. His roles have included mentoring senior students, coordinating enrichment programmes, and promoting pedagogical excellence.

Mr. Barry is passionate about fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence in learners, believing that education should challenge and empower students to reach their full potential. He has worked in both the UK and China, bringing a global perspective to his teaching. Outside the classroom, he enjoys sports, martial arts, music, and lifelong learning.

Ms. Li holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biological Science from UCLA, and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership in Practice from the University of Manchester.

Her professional qualifications include a PGCE, an IBDP Biology Teacher Training Certificate, and registration as an AP Biology and Chemistry teacher.

Ms. Li's career includes roles as Academic Head, Head of Science, and Science Teacher. She has extensive experience teaching various curricula including AP, IGCSE, IB, and HKDSE. Her contributions have been instrumental in establishing international curriculum systems and organising teaching seminars.

Mr. Kyrie Wu holds a Bachelor of Engineering from a top university in China, where he developed a strong foundation in mathematics and science. He later earned a Master of Education from the University of Melbourne, combining his STEM background with evidence-based teaching methods. 

With experience in leading educational institutions and international schools, Mr. Wu specialises in making abstract physics concepts accessible by linking them to real-world phenomena. He supports inquiry-based learning for international curricula and helps students sharpen their exam skills. His approach ensures students master knowledge and develop critical thinking to apply physics in new situations. 

Mr. Wu believes physics is the language for understanding the universe. His teaching encourages observation, questioning, and reasoning rather than rote memorisation. 

Bilingual in Chinese and English, he delivers engaging, precise lessons in both languages. Outside the classroom, he enjoys basketball and hiking, activities that keep him energetic and focused—traits he brings to his teaching every day. 

Ms. Gao holds a BSc in Biotechnology and a MSc in Conservation Biology from The University of Queensland in Australia. She worked as a coastal and environmental consultant at WWF and several education NGOs, which brought together her passions for science and teaching. 

Prior to joining Benenden Guangzhou, Ms. Gao taught A-Level and IGCSE Biology in both public and international schools. Ms. Gao enjoys teaching all levels of science but especially enjoys biology. Getting to know students outside of the classroom through coaching is also a favourite past time of hers. As a strong believer in student empowerment, Ms. Gao values a curious mindset, active learning, and student voice. She endeavours to always be learning something new with her students. 

In her free time, she can be found with her family, reading, hiking or practising yoga.

Mr. Kuchkarov holds a Postgraduate Certificate in International Education and a BA in Computer Science. His teaching experience includes instructing Data Science courses at university level and serving as an ICT and Computer Science teacher in K-12 schools.

Mr. Kuchkarov's educational philosophy is founded on the belief that learning is a lifelong journey. He is fluent in English, Chinese, Tajik, and Russian.

Mr. Lao brings forth a wealth of expertise, boasting over 4 years of experience in bilingual science teaching. Demonstrating adeptness in integrating innovative experiments into the teaching paradigm, Mr. Jackie Lao specialises in imparting foundational scientific knowledge, fostering a heightened enthusiasm and interest in the subject among students.

Mr. Lao has been honoured as an Outstanding Teacher in the Beipian District of Panyu. He has received a Second Prize in the Panyu District Young Teachers' Teaching Ability Competition and a Second Prize in the Panyu District Experimental Teaching Presentation Competition. Furthermore, Mr. Lao possesses extensive experience in guiding students to success in various competitions, with several accolades earned in local Youth Innovation and Technology competitions.

Ms. Xia graduated as Master in World History from South China Normal University, and is a National first-grade teacher. 

Ms. Xia has 7 years of teaching experience as a teacher of IBDP and IGCSE History subjects in top international schools in South China. She is experienced in teaching IB MYP history and curriculum integration, and was awarded the title of Outstanding Teacher of the school.

Ms. Yang has a wealth of professional knowledge and passion for geography education. She is good at 'breaking' the walls of the classroom, leading students to learn geography knowledge from real life, focusing on the cultivation of thinking, and focusing on students' problem-solving skills.

Ms. Yang graduated as Master from King's College London and has 3 years experience in the education industry.

Mr. Williams brings 22 years of teaching experience from various countries, including the UK and China. He has served as the head of subject and has successfully guided numerous students through examinations in a range of social studies subjects in A Level, IB and IGCSE.

With extensive pastoral experience, including service as a head of year, Mr. Williams demonstrates a commitment to students' holistic development.

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Williams is an avid traveler and food enthusiast, he believes that life experience contributes to cultivating global perspectives.

Ms. Hazel Seager holds a Master of Education degree, building on her Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) and Bachelor of Arts (International Languages and Culture) degrees.

Her teaching experience includes serving as a primary homeroom teacher in New Zealand for several years before working at an international school in Qingdao, China. 

Ms. Seager brings a blend of international and domestic teaching experience to her roles as homeroom teacher and pastoral lead.
