Mr. Michael Zhong brings a decade of teaching experience across the UK and China, specialising in Economics, Business, and Accounting from Key Stage 4 to Sixth Form. He possesses extensive expertise in various international curricula and examination board requirements, ensuring high academic standards and effective assessment guidance. 

Mr. Michael Zhong strives to cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where all students feel empowered to thrive. By focusing on individual student needs and fostering critical thinking, he aims to help every student master complex concepts while reaching their full academic and personal potential. 

Ms. Li is a seasoned educator with a wealth of teaching and research experience both within China and abroad. As a former registered teacher in Victoria, Australia, Ms. Li brings nearly a decade of international teaching experience and an additional five years of domestic educational research and management experience, spanning from kindergarten to secondary education levels. She has notably served at a century-old prestigious school in Melbourne and, upon her return to China, assumed key management roles at an IB education group in Guangzhou, supervising several IBPYP World Schools. 

Ms. Li earned her Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Secondary Education from Monash University and a Master of Education (IBPYP) from the University of Melbourne. 

Ms. Li's educational philosophy is both straightforward and profound: "Every lesson has the potential to shape a child's life." In her spare time, she is an avid museum and gallery visitor, a broad reader, and deeply curious about different cultures, always seeking to explore and understand the diverse tapestries of human society. 

Mr. Mehmet Kissacik brings thirteen years of international teaching experience across China and Türkiye. He previously taught Global Perspectives, Individuals & Societies, Economics, and Sociology at schools in Shanghai and Suzhou. He also served as a university lecturer and Head of English in Türkiye. He is highly skilled in developing educational technology and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes and support student progress. 

Mr. Mehmet Kissacik believes that education should be inquiry-driven, inclusive, and connected to authentic global questions. In his classroom, he emphasises evidence-based investigation, critical thinking, and the consideration of diverse perspectives. He is dedicated to guiding students to become independent, reflective learners through rigorous academic training and purposeful technology integration, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate a complex, globalised world.

Mr. Alex Sun has served as a History teacher and Geography Curriculum Research Coordinator at renowned bilingual schools, bringing extensive experience in frontline teaching and research management. He excels in unit-based teaching, historical source inquiry, and differentiated instruction, with a focus on integrating middle and high school history with international curricula. 

Mr. Alex Sun believes that education should ignite curiosity and enlighten minds. He devotes himself to creating warm and in-depth history classes, guiding students to understand the past, reflect on the present, and face the future.  

Ms. Yang has a wealth of professional knowledge and passion for geography education. She is good at 'breaking' the walls of the classroom, leading students to learn geography knowledge from real life, focusing on the cultivation of thinking, and focusing on students' problem-solving skills.

Ms. Yang graduated as Master from King's College London and has 3 years experience in the education industry.

Ms. Hazel Seager holds a Master of Education degree, building on her Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) and Bachelor of Arts (International Languages and Culture) degrees.

Her teaching experience includes serving as a primary homeroom teacher in New Zealand for several years before working at an international school in Qingdao, China. 

Ms. Seager brings a blend of international and domestic teaching experience to her roles as homeroom teacher and pastoral lead.

With 20+ years in international teaching, Mr. Glenday brings deep expertise in curriculum leadership and classroom instruction. He has served as a subject leader in History and Geography, coordinated student councils, and contributed to school-wide initiatives that foster inclusive and engaging learning environments.

Mr. Glenday is committed to student-centred education, integrating inquiry-based learning, assessment for learning, and clear goal-setting to nurture confident, independent learners. He values holistic development, promoting outdoor education, student leadership, and ethical growth.

Mr. Glenday enjoys hiking, cycling, live music, and creative writing.

Mr. Delaney obtained his teaching degree in Australia. His career has spanned both London and Australia, where he has worked with a diverse range of children and inspire them in specialist subjects.

Having spent a significant portion of his formative years in China, Mr. Delaney brings a unique cultural perspective to his teaching approach and is committed to bringing holistic and international education to his students.

Mr. Boyne holds a BSc (Honours) in Business Management and has obtained the National Professional Qualification for Leading Teaching (NPQLT).

His diverse teaching experience spans Kent and London, enriching his pedagogical approach. Mr. Boyne is passionate about incorporating technology and modern teaching methods to support his students. He firmly believes that teaching practices should continually adapt to our ever-changing world and prepare students to be future-ready.

Ms. Elmes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the US, and a Graduate Diploma of Teaching (Primary) from New Zealand.

With over 25 years of teaching and management experience, Ms. Elmes has worked across a diverse range of ages, schools, and countries including the US, New Zealand, and Japan, enriching her educational perspective and approach.

Ms. Francis is a seasoned early childhood educator with a rich academic background and a deep commitment to nurturing young learners. She brings over two decades of experience in international settings, most recently serving as Kindergarten Teacher and PYP Coordinator at Bandung Independent School, where she led curriculum development and mentored fellow educators. Her teaching philosophy centres on creating joyful, inquiry-based classrooms that support the holistic development of confident, independent learners.

Ms. Francis is a native English speaker, fluent in Tamil, with conversational Turkish and beginner-level Mandarin.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys badminton, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, dance, calligraphy, and culinary arts.
