As a seasoned coach and judge for international finance and economics competitions such as NEC, IEO, and BPA, she possesses exceptional skills in competition guidance. Her teaching approach is rigorous yet engaging, and she emphasises tailored methods to help students master knowledge effectively and achieve outstanding results.

Ms. Johnston is a passionate early childhood educator with decades of experience across continents. She has taught in the United States, Egypt, Thailand, Kuwait, Liberia, and China (Beijing, Wuxi, and Chongqing), working with children aged 2 to 10 across public, private, and international schools, including bilingual and English immersion programmes.

Trained at the renowned Bank Street College, Ms. Johnston embraces a child-centred, collaborative approach and places great importance on building strong partnerships with families. She is well-versed in a range of educational frameworks, including IB, Montessori, EYFS, Waldorf, and ACCC.

Ms. Francis is a seasoned early childhood educator with a rich academic background and a deep commitment to nurturing young learners. She brings over two decades of experience in international settings, most recently serving as Kindergarten Teacher and PYP Coordinator at Bandung Independent School, where she led curriculum development and mentored fellow educators. Her teaching philosophy centres on creating joyful, inquiry-based classrooms that support the holistic development of confident, independent learners.

Ms. Francis is a native English speaker, fluent in Tamil, with conversational Turkish and beginner-level Mandarin.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys badminton, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, dance, calligraphy, and culinary arts.

Ms. Lau is a dedicated early childhood educator with a strong background in international education. Raised in HKSAR, she attended Canadian International School and Yew Chung International School, where she gained valuable insights into multicultural and bilingual learning environments—experiences that continue to shape her inclusive and child-centred teaching practice.

She has taught in international and bilingual early years settings in HKSAR, supporting young English language learners and children with diverse needs. As a Nursery Year Leader, she has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to enriching, collaborative learning environments. Trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Ms. Lau creates inclusive, language-rich classrooms that nurture the whole child.

Ms. Lau’s semi-professional training at the Hong Kong Sports Institute and her time representing the national team of Hong Kong, China as a badminton player instilled perseverance, discipline, and focus—qualities that inform her reflective teaching practice.

Mr. Drewett brings extensive international teaching experience from kindergarten to university across the US, Asia, and the Middle East. He embraces a holistic, child-centered approach, fostering joyful and empowering classrooms where every student is encouraged to unlock their potential.

Outside school, he enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, reading, and traveling. A blackbelt in Taekwondo and Hapkido, Mr. Drewett also pursues scuba diving as a hobby.

Ms. Yang brings over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood education within diverse international environments. She is deepening her expertise in inclusive education through her ongoing Master’s studies, focusing on addressing the unique needs of learners in multicultural settings.

Guided by Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy, Ms. Yang is dedicated to fostering student-centred, adaptive learning environments that empower children to build confidence, independence, and resilience. Her approach supports the holistic growth of every child.

Beyond her professional work, Ms. Yang is passionate about art and painting, which enrich her commitment to lifelong learning and cultural exchange.

Ms. Fan is an experienced Early Years educator with nearly a decade in the field. She began her journey in a leading international school in Shanghai, where she developed a strong foundation in international education. Since then, she has worked as a Chinese homeroom teacher in bilingual kindergartens, gaining rich experience with IB and Reggio Emilia approaches. Ms. Fan is committed to fostering inquiry through engaging, child-centred teaching.

Outside the classroom, Chloe enjoys running, cycling, and photography. She has completed over twenty half marathons and Spartan races, and finds joy in capturing everyday moments through her lens.

With over eight years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Zhang has developed a strong expertise in bilingual and IB kindergarten settings. She focuses on creating engaging, play-based learning environments that encourage creativity and problem-solving. Ms. Zhang is committed to supporting each child’s unique interests and development.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Zhang enjoys staying active through fitness and exploring new cultures through travel, which continually inspire her teaching approach.

Mr. Lloyd is a writer, director and educator living in New York City. He is a member of the Dramatist’s Guild and has been a member of the BMI Musical Theatre Workshop. Several of his original musicals premiered off-Broadway and around the country.

As an educator for more than 20 years, he has worked as choral director, theatre director, musical director, and department chair. As Program Director for Open Arts Alliance (a non-profit children’s theatre), he led students to perform in regional houses and off-Broadway.

During his Bachelor's and Master's period, he was the TA in violin performance and had been invited to teach in different universities and communities. In the U.S., Mr. Yu was one of the Little Master Program leaders who provides free instrumental teaching and music camps for disadvantaged families and schools around the University of Delaware. 

In K-12 education, Mr. Yu encourages conceptual learning across the curriculum. He would like to help students build the connection between music and their background knowledge. For instance, the mathematical application in music composing, how instrumental tone represents acoustic physics, music development influenced by historical events, and how the music rhythm constructs human emotion and imagination. 

Mr. Yu believes that music is a subjective field, students can combine basic musical knowledge with a cross-curriculum view to build their music appreciation logic which can help them understand the music world better with their interests. This learning process not only helps students study the concept of music but also creates a new sight of their old knowledge. 

Ms. Ker holds a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Pianoforte Performance and Choral Conducting, alongside a Diploma of Education. She has also completed a postgraduate Master's in Leadership.

With twelve years of teaching experience in Australia, Ms. Ker has served in various roles including Classroom Music Teacher, Piano and Theory Instructor, and Accompanist. In addition to her formal teaching in schools, Ms. Ker has taught piano for 30 years. Throughout her career, she has managed a private teaching practice and accompanied examinations.

Ms. Ker's educational philosophy centres on facilitating student learning by fostering curiosity, imagination, and experimentation.

Mr. Trischitta is a certified primary teacher in the UK, qualified to teach children aged 5-11. He specialises in performing arts and literature. Mr. Trischitta's teaching experience includes implementing the National Curriculum for England in the UK and instructing drama at a British international school in Chengdu, China.

Mr. Trischitta is fluent in Italian, Portuguese, and English.
