Ms. Sara Zhang holds Masters in International Education from King’s College London and Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages from Sun Yat-sen University. With over 10 years in international schools, she has led Chinese classes, curriculum development, and large-scale events. She also founded a school Party branch, showcasing her experience in moral education and school ethos. 

Sara believes moral education should be integrated throughout the learning environment to promote academic excellence, character, cultural identity, and social responsibility. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and ethically grounded school culture aligned with national goals. 

Fluent in Mandarin and English, she has gained cross-cultural communication experience through her work in the Philippines. Outside work, Sara enjoys reading educational literature, practising calligraphy, and exploring interdisciplinary approaches to holistic education. 

Ms. He holds master's degrees in Prevention Science and Practice from Harvard University and Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, and recieved clinical training in harvard medical school. Her expertise includes designing school bullying prevention programs and supporting children's and adolescents' well-being.

Ms. He has worked with students and families from the US and China. She addresses issues such as peer relationships, identity development, academic stress, and mental health concerns. Ms. He is also passionate about promoting healthy digital identities and integrating media and storytelling into psychotherapy and classroom practices.

Ms. Wang holds a master’s degree in Research Methods of Psychological Science from the University of Glasgow and graduated from a Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Beijing Normal University.

She has intensive experience in the psychological field, providing psychological assessments, mental health training, and attention training to children,  families and other clients.

This educational background has provided Ms. Xiao with a solid understanding of the developmental needs of young individuals. Moreover, Ms. Xiao is certified as both a positive discipline classroom facilitator and a parent facilitator, which enables her to effectively support students and collaborate with parents. 

Throughout her eight-year career in the field of education, her primary focus has been on nurturing students' social-emotional development. She has been working as a psychology teacher in bilingual and international schools located in Guangzhou and Foshan. Ms. Xiao strongly believes that fostering their emotional well-being is essential for their overall growth and academic success. 

Ms. Xiao primarily utilises Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Systematic Family Dynamic Therapy. By integrating these evidence-based practices, she strives to create a supportive and empowering environment that assists students in overcoming challenges and building resilience. 

Outside work, hobbies bring joy, such as swimming, ping pong, singing, and travelling. They are fulfilling, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and help her bring the best into counselling.
