Ms. Hu had a diverse education background that has equipped her with knowledge and skills in various fields. She holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese language and literature from Xiamen University and a master's degree from Sun Yat-sen University. Recently, as part of her career development, she was enrolled in a master's program in Early Childhood Education, where she aims to deepen her understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. As an international educator, Ms. Hu is excited to leverage her prior experience and expand her skill set, ultimately leading to her teaching license in early childhood education in Washington, D.C. Overall, her education has enriched her intellectual capacity, cultural awareness, and teaching expertise, enabling her to be an effective educator and make a meaningful impact on the lives of her students.  

As a Chinese language teacher, Ms. Hu has had the opportunity to teach in various countries, including Mexico, UAE, and China. For over 7 years, she has worked in K-12 and international schools, imparting her knowledge of Mandarin to students from different cultures, ages, and backgrounds, and the experience has been exceptional. With students from diverse backgrounds, the teaching here is unique and challenging, as she had to be mindful of the cultural differences and language barriers. However, the challenge of teaching in such a diverse environment has made her more effective and efficient in her teaching as she has learned to tailor her teaching strategies to suit the different learning preferences of her students. 

Her approach to teaching is based on the belief that every student can succeed. Educators should provide a learning environment that nurtures intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth. In MS. Hu’s classroom, she encourages students to actively participate in the learning process by creating a platform for open discussion, group work, and collaboration. By doing so, students not only learn from the teacher but also from their peers, which fosters a sense of community and mutual respect.  As an educator, Ms. Hu’s greatest joy as a teacher comes from seeing her students succeed and achieve their goals. It is her goal to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and can achieve their full potential. 

Ms. Liu is a Master of Beijing Language and Culture University. She has 6 years experience in the education industry including in the US and Shanghai.

Throughout her teaching, she places a strong emphasis on encouraging students' independent thinking and creativity, and she is proficient at offering tailored assistance in accordance with students' diverse learning styles and abilities. The students she has guided have demonstrated outstanding performance in language and cultural activities organized by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, consistently achieving top three rankings.

Ms. Yan is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Applied Language Science at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, she completed the IB Teacher Certificate Program at East China Normal University and holds a Master's degree in International Chinese Education from Guangzhou University.

She has worked as a Chinese teacher at a UK university and an international school in Guangzhou. Her educational philosophy is that the core of education is to inspire student's curiosity and ability to learn independently.

Ms. Yan speaks Mandarin, and Cantonese and is proficient in English and Japanese (N2 level). In terms of instruments, she can play the piano and Guzheng.

Ms. Zheng holds a Master's degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages from Sun Yat-sen University. She is a certified intermediate-level primary school Chinese language teacher and has previously served as a primary school integrated curriculum coordinator, head of Chinese department, Unit of Inquiry (UOI) teacher, and homeroom teacher.

In addition to her native Chinese, Ms. Zheng is proficient in English and Korean. She also enjoys playing the yangqin, a traditional Chinese instrument.

Ms. Jiang holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from South China Normal University and a Master's degree in Global Literatures and Cultures from the University of Exeter. In recent years, she has served as a Chinese language teacher and homeroom tutor for a prominent education group.

Ms. Jiang's teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that each student is unique and can progress at their own pace with guidance.

Ms. Li has 3 years of experience teaching Chinese culture and Literature in an international school. She was also an advisor who supported students’ after-school activities.

Focusing on the concept of inquiry-based teaching and differentiated teaching, Ms. Li cultivates students' critical thinking, and their personality.

Ms. Li holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching Chinese and Literature in International Education from Hong Kong University, and IBDP Chinese teaching certificate.

Mr. Huang majored in Chinese Language and Literature at Hunan Normal University. He has teaching experience as a Chinese Teacher at bilingual schools. 

He once won the first prize in the municipal junior high school Chinese language teacher teaching competition, the top prize at the district level of the first Guangdong Provincial Primary and Secondary School Teaching Skills Competition, the bronze prize in the junior high school group of the fourth China International School Teaching Skills Competition, and was honoured as an excellent class teacher in Nanhai District, Foshan City, in 2021, 2022, and 2023. 

His educational philosophy is that without love, there is no education.

Maggie holds a degree in Chinese Language and Literature from a 211 university, with focused training in Chinese linguistics, classical literature, and cultural studies. 

As an educator, she develops curricula for bilingual academic programmes, specialising in A-Level and IGCSE Chinese. Her methodology integrates Chinese and Western pedagogical approaches. 

Outside work, she practices calligraphy and Pilates, and enjoys time with cats. 

Ms. Liu is a dedicated educator with experience teaching at universities in Germany, where she fostered language proficiency and cultural appreciation among diverse learners.  

As a primary school Chinese teacher, she creates interactive, immersive lessons that engage students in both Chinese language and culture, fostering curiosity, empathy, and independent thinking. 

Outside the classroom, Ms. Liu enjoys painting, theatre, swimming, and exploring East Asian art and history. She also plays the piano and speaks German. 

Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor Degree of Mathematics from Faculty of Mathematics, University of Waterloo, Canada. And a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from Leeds Beckett University, UK. He is an Oxbridge Certified Counselor and has gained a Certificate of A-level Mathematics extension Training. 

Mr. Chen has specialised in mathematics education for over 17 years, teaching in diverse schools offering A Level, AP, and IB programmes. His experience spans working with local and international students from the USA, UK, Africa, and Hong Kong. 

Mr. Chen excels in differentiated and personalised instruction for students of varying abilities. He inspires his students to approach learning as explorers and to think like mathematicians. He aims to nurture their curiosity and passion, connecting mathematics to other fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, computer programming, and even music and art

Ms. Lin has 6 years of experience in bilingual and international schools and organizations. She believes that to teach with love and patience, every flower bossoms in its own time.

Ms. Lin is a qualified teacher with a Master's Degree in Education from Tsinghua University and Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from Ohio State University.

With 10 years of teaching experience, Ms. Luo specialised in bilingual mathematics curriculum, and used to teach International Primary Mathematics in the UK and Australia. She was a founding Mathematics teacher at a school in Shenzhen, the brand manager and international academic forum facilitator at one of the top universities in China.

Ms. Luo conducts student-centered teaching & learning approaches, encourages students to develop critical thinking & problem-solving skills. She’s also good at creating challenging and fun mathematics learning environment. She aims to show her students how learning Math is not only empowering but also therapeutic as they learn to discover new perspectives and challenge old beliefs.

Ms. Luo holds double Bachelor’s Degrees from Sun Yat-sen University and Liverpool Hope University, Master ‘s Degree from University of Sydney.
