Ms. Lau is a dedicated early childhood educator with a strong background in international education. She has taught in international and bilingual early years settings in HKSAR, supporting young English language learners and children with diverse needs. As a Nursery Year Leader, she has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to enriching, collaborative learning environments. Trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Ms. Lau creates inclusive, language-rich classrooms that nurture the whole child.

Ms. Lau's semi-professional training at the Hong Kong Sports Institute and her time representing the national team of Hong Kong, China as a badminton player instilled perseverance, discipline, and focus—qualities that inform her reflective teaching practice.

Mr. Drewett brings extensive international teaching experience from kindergarten to university across the US, Asia, and the Middle East. He embraces a holistic, child-centered approach, fostering joyful and empowering classrooms where every student is encouraged to unlock their potential.

Outside school, he enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, reading, and traveling. A blackbelt in Taekwondo and Hapkido, Mr. Drewett also pursues scuba diving as a hobby.

Ms. Kate Huang brings 10+ years of extensive experience to early years and bilingual education. Having served as a Lead Teacher and Homeroom Teacher in various international settings, she excels in delivering immersive, play-based instruction that supports children's holistic development. She is particularly adept at creating interactive learning experiences through storytelling, role-play, and hands-on exploration to foster language acquisition and social-emotional growth.

In recent years, she has focused her research on second language development in young children, specifically investigating the "Silent Period." This academic insight allows her to provide tailored support for multilingual learners in the classroom. Ms. Kate Huang believes that learning should be a joyful, lifelong journey. She is dedicated to fostering a safe and inspiring environment where children feel empowered to explore, question, and grow with confidence.

Ms. Yang brings over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood education within diverse international environments. She is deepening her expertise in inclusive education through her ongoing Master’s studies, focusing on addressing the unique needs of learners in multicultural settings.

Guided by Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy, Ms. Yang is dedicated to fostering student-centred, adaptive learning environments that empower children to build confidence, independence, and resilience. Her approach supports the holistic growth of every child.

Beyond her professional work, Ms. Yang is passionate about art and painting, which enrich her commitment to lifelong learning and cultural exchange.

Ms. Fan is an experienced Early Years educator with nearly a decade in the field. She began her journey in a leading international school in Shanghai, where she developed a strong foundation in international education. Since then, she has worked as a Chinese homeroom teacher in bilingual kindergartens, gaining rich experience with IB and Reggio Emilia approaches. Ms. Fan is committed to fostering inquiry through engaging, child-centred teaching.

Outside the classroom, Chloe enjoys running, cycling, and photography. She has completed over twenty half marathons and Spartan races, and finds joy in capturing everyday moments through her lens.

Mr. Budzynski holds a Master's degree in Fine Arts. He is an art educator with nearly two decades of experience.

He combines lifelong artistic practice with extensive teaching expertise and has delivered lessons across various programmes, including IGCSE, A-level, AP etc. This diverse experience has deepened his understanding of art education, enabling him to guide students towards excellence in both creative and personal development.

Ms. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Fine Arts from Central China Normal University, specialising in Visual Arts.

With 10+ years of international education and management experience, including roles as a Director of Student Affairs and teaching IGCSE / A-level / IB Art and Design courses, 95% of her A-level Art and Design students achieve A/A* grades. She has also led students to win multiple international art awards in competitions.

Ms. He is passionate about exploring various art forms. As an independent artist, she has participated in multiple artist residency programs, and her works have been exhibited in art museums across the country.

Mr. Miguel Coelho is a dedicated Visual Arts educator whose teaching philosophy is rooted in experiential learning, inspired by John Dewey. He believes in fostering creativity through hands-on artistic practice, encouraging students to explore, experiment, and discover their unique creative voices. 

With over a decade of international teaching experience across the United Kingdom, China, and South Africa, he has developed rich visual arts curricula in IB, A-Level, and GCSE schools. As an active practicing artist, he creates ceramics, landscapes, and sculptural tea-ware, and his work has been exhibited at internationally recognized festivals, including the Ceramics Biennial in the UK. 

His approach is enriched by his experience as a father, inspiring playful and child-centered strategies that make learning accessible and joyful. Above all, Mr. Coelho is passionate about nurturing creativity and self-expression, guiding students to discover the magical and transformative world of Visual Arts.

Ms. Melly Xie has 10+ years of teaching experience in Visual Arts, actively leading students to participate in domestic and international painting competitions.

2023 she was entitled Outstanding Instructor in National Primary and Secondary School Painting and Calligraphy Collection, while her students' paintings and calligraphy work won national B grade in both 2022 and 2023In 2022 she was given Professional Learning Group Award in International Teacher Skills Competition.

Ms. Melly Xie is involved in a few organizations, as Member of China Artists Association.

Ms. Melly Xie is good at inspiring and encouraging her students and has guided them to plan installation art exhibitions and oil painting charity exhibitions, and actively participates in charity programs. In her spare time, Ms. Xie enjoys including photography, fashion design and is actively involved in charity.

Ms. Ofosu has 10+ years of experience in the education industry. She used to lead the Design and Technology and Textiles Departments in the UK, Qatar and China, supporting students in Edexcel A-Level Design and Technology and Cambridge IGCSE Design and Technology and Edexcel Art and Design Textiles.

Ms. Ofosu graduated with BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from University of Bolton, PGCE (Design and Technology) from Goldsmiths University of London.

Ms. Ker holds a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Pianoforte Performance and Choral Conducting, alongside a Diploma of Education. She has also completed a postgraduate Master's in Leadership.

With twelve years of teaching experience in Australia, Ms. Ker has served in various roles including Classroom Music Teacher, Piano and Theory Instructor, and Accompanist. In addition to her formal teaching in schools, Ms. Ker has taught piano for 30 years. Throughout her career, she has managed a private teaching practice and accompanied examinations.

Ms. Ker's educational philosophy centres on facilitating student learning by fostering curiosity, imagination, and experimentation.

Mr. Wursthorne has specialised in vocal and instrumental instruction, ensemble leadership, and curriculum development. His teaching philosophy emphasises music as a personal and communal journey that fosters confidence, creativity, and essential life skills.

His interactive, hands-on approach encourages students to become creators and collaborators, enhancing their academic, cultural, and emotional growth. He has extensive experience leading large-scale student performances and building musical ensembles in diverse educational settings. 

Outside the classroom, Mr. Wursthorne enjoys hiking, sports, live music, and exploring diverse musical cultures. He is trained in vocal performance, piano, clarinet, saxophone, and more.
