Ms. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Fine Arts from Central China Normal University, specialising in Visual Arts.

With 10 years of international education and management experience, including roles as a Director of Student Affairs and teaching IGCSE / A-level / IB Art and Design courses, 95% of her A-level Art and Design students achieve A/A* grades. She has also led students to win multiple international art awards in competitions.

Ms. He is passionate about exploring various art forms. As an independent artist, she has participated in multiple artist residency programs, and her works have been exhibited in art museums across the country.

Ms. Melly Xie has ten years of teaching experience in Visual Arts, actively leading students to participate in domestic and international painting competitions.

2023 she was entitled Outstanding Instructor in National Primary and Secondary School Painting and Calligraphy Collection, while her students' paintings and calligraphy work won national B grade in both 2022 and 2023In 2022 she was given Professional Learning Group Award in International Teacher Skills Competition.

Ms. Melly Xie is involved in a few organizations, as Member of China Artists Association.

Ms. Melly Xie is good at inspiring and encouraging her students and has guided them to plan installation art exhibitions and oil painting charity exhibitions, and actively participates in charity programs. In her spare time, Ms. Xie enjoys including photography, fashion design and is actively involved in charity.

Mr. Miguel Coelho is a dedicated Visual Arts educator whose teaching philosophy is rooted in experiential learning, inspired by John Dewey. He believes in fostering creativity through hands-on artistic practice, encouraging students to explore, experiment, and discover their unique creative voices. 

With over a decade of international teaching experience across the United Kingdom, China, and South Africa, he has developed rich visual arts curricula in IB, A-Level, and GCSE schools. As an active practicing artist, he creates ceramics, landscapes, and sculptural tea-ware, and his work has been exhibited at internationally recognized festivals, including the Ceramics Biennial in the UK. 

His approach is enriched by his experience as a father, inspiring playful and child-centered strategies that make learning accessible and joyful. Above all, Mr. Coelho is passionate about nurturing creativity and self-expression, guiding students to discover the magical and transformative world of Visual Arts.

Dr. Song has more than 10 years of experience in the education industry. Her students won many championships and runners-up places, as well as gold, silver, and bronze medals in various national and international Taekwondo competitions. She was awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Coach" for multiple times.

Dr. Song holds a PhD (Education) degree at SEGi University & Colleges, and a Master degree at Beijing Normal University.

Mr. Matsiyevych is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Physical Education. With eight years of experience as a Physical Education (PE) teacher in China, he brings extensive expertise in management and sports event organization to BBSG.

He has obtained several professional qualifications, including a TEFL/TESOL certification, UEFA Football License C, Fitness License GYM Coach, and Swimming License from ASCA. Mr. Matsiyevych has also participated in IB PYP and IB MYP workshops.

With diverse sporting interests including boxing, wrestling, football, tennis, and swimming, Mr. Matsiyevych demonstrates a broad athletic background.

Linguistically versatile, he has varying levels of proficiency in five languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish, Czech, and Chinese.

Mr Xu has 4 years experience of education, and used to serve as a high school PE teacher and homeroom teacher before joining BBSG.

Mr Xu graduated as a Master from Guangzhou University.

Mr. Melo most recently served as Athletic Director, PE Leader, and Activity Coordinator in Shenzhen. Previously, he worked in Shanghai for two years as a PE teacher and Head of the Football Department. Prior to that, he spent nearly three years in Hangzhou as a PE teacher and Headteacher of Football, where he led his team to victory in the Hangzhou Inter-Schools Football Championship.

Mr. Melo is a certified UEFA football coach, he also played volleyball for over a decade and now enjoys Padel Tennis.

Mr. Melo is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Mr. Cooper holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching, specialising in Health and PE (Level 7).

With two decades of sports experience, particularly in Rugby Union, Golf, and Basketball, Mr. Cooper has also coached Rugby Union for over six years, working with children aged 5 to 18.

He served as the Head of the Activities Centre at a school in New Zealand, where he focused on motivating students who face challenges in mainstream education.

Ms. Amber Li holds a Bachelor's in Sports Training from Guangxi Normal University and is pursuing a Master’s in Curriculum and Teaching Methodology at Hubei Normal University, further enhancing her expertise. 

With six years of experience, she previously led PE at a bilingual school in Huizhou, organising sports activities, developing courses, and managing teams. 

Ms. Li follows the philosophy of "Safety First, Fun-Guided Learning," dedicated to helping students overcome water fears, master swimming skills, and promote water safety. In her spare time, Ms. Li practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing, staying physically fit and bringing professional sports skills to her coaching. 

Carmen Chen graduated with a master's degree from Hong Kong, China, which equipped her with advanced expertise in cross-cultural learning and student development.

With years of experience in the overseas education industry, Carmen has honed her skills at a study abroad services institution, and a K-12 international school. She excels at crafting personalized growth trajectories tailored to each student's unique strengths and aspirations. By integrating students' advantages with their ambitions, she offers a comprehensive suite of services, including precise college and major positioning, well - structured academic goal planning, and customized background enhancement. She has successfully helped over a hundred students gain admission to top - tier global universities, such as Imperial College London, University College London, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Cornell University, and Johns Hopkins University. 

Carmen’s educational philosophy centers on student-centric learning, believing that education should empower individuals to unlock their full potential. She emphasizes holistic growth, balancing academic rigor with personal development.

As a native Cantonese speaker, Carmen has a profound love for Cantonese culture. Outside of work, she is a fitness enthusiast, holding a blue belt in Taekwondo. Carmen is also an animal lover. She keeps a Bichon Frise at home and actively advocates for animal welfare.

Ms. He holds master's degrees in Prevention Science and Practice from Harvard University and Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, and recieved clinical training in harvard medical school. Her expertise includes designing school bullying prevention programs and supporting children's and adolescents' well-being.

Ms. He has worked with students and families from the US and China. She addresses issues such as peer relationships, identity development, academic stress, and mental health concerns. Ms. He is also passionate about promoting healthy digital identities and integrating media and storytelling into psychotherapy and classroom practices.
