During his Bachelor's and Master's period, he was the TA in violin performance and had been invited to teach in different universities and communities. In the U.S., Mr. Yu was one of the Little Master Program leaders who provides free instrumental teaching and music camps for disadvantaged families and schools around the University of Delaware. 

In K-12 education, Mr. Yu encourages conceptual learning across the curriculum. He would like to help students build the connection between music and their background knowledge. For instance, the mathematical application in music composing, how instrumental tone represents acoustic physics, music development influenced by historical events, and how the music rhythm constructs human emotion and imagination. 

Mr. Yu believes that music is a subjective field, students can combine basic musical knowledge with a cross-curriculum view to build their music appreciation logic which can help them understand the music world better with their interests. This learning process not only helps students study the concept of music but also creates a new sight of their old knowledge. 

Ms. Ker holds a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Pianoforte Performance and Choral Conducting, alongside a Diploma of Education. She has also completed a postgraduate Master's in Leadership.

With twelve years of teaching experience in Australia, Ms. Ker has served in various roles including Classroom Music Teacher, Piano and Theory Instructor, and Accompanist. In addition to her formal teaching in schools, Ms. Ker has taught piano for 30 years. Throughout her career, she has managed a private teaching practice and accompanied examinations.

Ms. Ker's educational philosophy centres on facilitating student learning by fostering curiosity, imagination, and experimentation.

Mr. Wursthorne has specialised in vocal and instrumental instruction, ensemble leadership, and curriculum development. His teaching philosophy emphasises music as a personal and communal journey that fosters confidence, creativity, and essential life skills.

His interactive, hands-on approach encourages students to become creators and collaborators, enhancing their academic, cultural, and emotional growth. He has extensive experience leading large-scale student performances and building musical ensembles in diverse educational settings. Outside the classroom,

Mr. Wursthorne enjoys hiking, sports, live music, and exploring diverse musical cultures. He is trained in vocal performance, piano, clarinet, saxophone, and more.

Mr. Lloyd is a writer, director and educator from New York City. He is a member of the Dramatist’s Guild and has been a member of the BMI Musical Theatre Workshop. Several of his original musicals premiered off-Broadway and around the country.

As an educator for more than 20 years, he has worked as choral director, theatre director, musical director, and department chair. As Program Director for Open Arts Alliance (a non-profit children’s theatre), he led students to perform in regional houses and off-Broadway.

Mr. Trischitta is a certified primary teacher in the UK, qualified to teach children aged 5-11. He specialises in performing arts and literature. Mr. Trischitta's teaching experience includes implementing the National Curriculum for England in the UK and instructing drama at a British international school in Chengdu, China.

Mr. Trischitta is fluent in Italian, Portuguese, and English.

Ms. Han is a qualified teacher of Drama and Theatre Education as well as English (Secondary). She earned her Master’s degree in Drama and Theatre Education from the University of Warwick, UK. With extensive experience in reputable schools in Beijing, Ms. Han creates engaging drama lessons that foster imagination, teamwork, and confidence. Her supportive teaching style helps students develop language, performance, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, Chinese, and conversational Spanish, she also has a passion for musicals and theatre productions.

Ms. Lan joined BBSG in August 2023 as Radio Presenter. She brings valuable experience from her work at the Communication University of China Radio Station and from teaching piano in music training institutions. She is dedicated to inspiring students with sincerity and creating meaningful connections that unlock their potential. 

Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese, and fluent in English, Ms. Lan offers a broad linguistic and cultural perspective. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys music, photography, travelling, piano playing, and skiing. 

Mr. Budzynski holds a Master's degree in Fine Arts. He is an art educator with nearly two decades of experience.

He combines lifelong artistic practice with extensive teaching expertise and has delivered lessons across various programmes, including IGCSE, A-level, AP etc. This diverse experience has deepened his understanding of art education, enabling him to guide students towards excellence in both creative and personal development.

Ms. Ofosu has 12 years of experience in the education industry. She used to lead the Design and Technology and Textiles Departments in the UK, Qatar and China, supporting students in Edexcel A-Level Design and Technology and Cambridge IGCSE Design and Technology and Edexcel Art and Design Textiles.

Ms. Ofosu graduated with BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from University of Bolton, PGCE (Design and Technology) from Goldsmiths University of London.

Ms. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Fine Arts from Central China Normal University, specialising in Visual Arts.

With 10 years of international education and management experience, including roles as a Director of Student Affairs and teaching IGCSE / A-level / IB Art and Design courses, 95% of her A-level Art and Design students achieve A/A* grades. She has also led students to win multiple international art awards in competitions.

Ms. He is passionate about exploring various art forms. As an independent artist, she has participated in multiple artist residency programs, and her works have been exhibited in art museums across the country.

Ms. Melly Xie has ten years of teaching experience in Visual Arts, actively leading students to participate in domestic and international painting competitions.

2023 she was entitled Outstanding Instructor in National Primary and Secondary School Painting and Calligraphy Collection, while her students' paintings and calligraphy work won national B grade in both 2022 and 2023In 2022 she was given Professional Learning Group Award in International Teacher Skills Competition.

Ms. Melly Xie is involved in a few organizations, as Member of China Artists Association.

Ms. Melly Xie is good at inspiring and encouraging her students and has guided them to plan installation art exhibitions and oil painting charity exhibitions, and actively participates in charity programs. In her spare time, Ms. Xie enjoys including photography, fashion design and is actively involved in charity.

Mr. Miguel Coelho is a dedicated Visual Arts educator whose teaching philosophy is rooted in experiential learning, inspired by John Dewey. He believes in fostering creativity through hands-on artistic practice, encouraging students to explore, experiment, and discover their unique creative voices. 

With over a decade of international teaching experience across the United Kingdom, China, and South Africa, he has developed rich visual arts curricula in IB, A-Level, and GCSE schools. As an active practicing artist, he creates ceramics, landscapes, and sculptural tea-ware, and his work has been exhibited at internationally recognized festivals, including the Ceramics Biennial in the UK. 

His approach is enriched by his experience as a father, inspiring playful and child-centered strategies that make learning accessible and joyful. Above all, Mr. Coelho is passionate about nurturing creativity and self-expression, guiding students to discover the magical and transformative world of Visual Arts.
