Dr. Edwards undertakes a supervisory role to ensure Benenden School’s values and educational ethos are well integrated into the local context. He will leverage his expertise and resources of the strategic partners to advance institutional priorities for our leaders and educators to be fully empowered in the school's development.

Dr. Edwards is a distinguished education leader with over 25 years of experience in school leadership roles in Hong Kong SAR, including 12 years as Principal of Li Po Chun United World College (LPCUWC). Under his leadership, LPCUWC reached significant development milestones. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is deeply committed to enhancing student achievement through effective leadership. He also contributes to the broader educational community as a Board member of AFS Hong Kong and through various leadership roles within the UWC network.

Dr. Wang Dianjun is a National Education Supervisor and the Director of the Institute of K-12 Education of Tsinghua University. He received his PhD from the School of Mathematics of Peking University and was a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Mathematical Sciences, a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Tsinghua University. From 2007 to 2022, he was the Principal of the Affiliated Secondary School of Tsinghua University with an International Department (G1-12). In 2023, he joined Benenden Bilingual School Guangzhou as the Chief School Supervisor and Honourable Principal, and became Honourary Consultant in 2024.

He was awarded the "National Award for Outstanding Principals in Educational Reform and Innovation", "National Outstanding Principal in Featured Education" and "Contemporary Education Master". He is also the Chairman of the Professional Committee on Education Evaluation of the China Society for Educational Development Strategy, the Deputy Director of the Steering Committee on Teaching Quality Evaluation of K-12 Education of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Expert Committee on K-12 Curriculum and Textbooks of the Ministry of Education, and the Chairman of the International Schools Branch of the China Association of Private Education.

Winnie was the first member of the Benenden Bilingual School Guangzhou (BBSG) founding team, with years of experience in Business Development and Project Management on multiple school projects in China.

Winnie is the liaison person with Benenden School UK on school experience and exchange programmes.

Winnie graduated with a MSc from Imperial College London.
