Jennifer is the Honourary Executive Supervisor of Benenden Schools (China), setting a role model to students as a purpose-driven person who always follows her own bent, and helping them pave the way for success at every stage and phase of life. As a Benenden School alumnus Jennifer undertakes a supervisory role to ensure Benenden School’s values and educational ethos are well integrated into the local context.
Beyond taking on the role of Benenden Hong Kong Trustee, Jennifer is also a member of the University of Oxford Pembroke College Alumni Advisory Board and the Pembroke College Ossulston Circle. Jennifer participated in the Panel of the China Oxford Scholarship Fund, and conducted interviews at The University of Hong Kong for undergraduates applying for Visiting Student positions at Oxford.
Jennifer is Co-founder of ARCH Education and ARCH Community Outreach, where she has been instrumental in spearheading transformational curriculum developments, designing bespoke counselling services, and establishing unique educational programmes in partnership with world-class schools and universities. Jennifer is also Founding Convenor of WOW (World of Work), connecting industry stakeholders and resources to innovate and advance K-12 teaching and learning. In 2014, Jennifer co-authored “Boarding Schools: What You Need to Know”, a bestseller on education trends published by John Catt.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Oxford with First Class Honours in Economics and Management (B.A., M.A. Oxon). She received her Master of Education from the University of Hong Kong and Certification in Early Childhood Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
