To provide you with tailored consulting services, private tour arrangements and activity experience, you are required to provide your name and contact information (such as email address, WeChat account and/or mobile phone number), without which we are unable to provide such consultation or registration services.

We will not share the personal information of students and parents with other data processors except in the following circumstances:

2. when we are required to do so by law, regulations, or regulatory policies, including sharing with government departments such as education authorities, judicial authorities, or other relevant third parties in accordance with mandatory legal requirements.
B. Entrust
We may engage third-party service providers to assist us with relevant support functions, such as data storage, operations, and other services. In cases where personal information is entrusted to third parties for processing, we will enter into appropriate agreements in accordance with legal requirements and will monitor their handling of personal information to ensure compliance.

For example, the Jing platform and OpenApply enrollment website (https://benendenguangzhou.openapply.cn/apply/forms/24307) used by us have passed the Internet site security management registration of the public security agency, and the registration numbers are Shaanxi ICP 19008575 & Shaanxi Public Security Network Security 61019002001091 and Shanghai ICP 17051512 & Shanghai Public Security Network Security 31010602002722, respectively. We set up a hierarchical access permission system to the effect that only employees with specific permissions can access or process your personal information.
