International Curriculum Based on COMPLETE Education

The BBSG Senior Secondary School offers a variety of curricular options (IGCSE, A-Level, CNC and Pre-AP) recognised by universities around the world. The curriculum provides students with a solid academic foundation for future success.

Five Academic Tracks

BBSG Senior Secondary School crafts five academic tracks based on the variety of A-Level courses and our insights into individual students’ needs. Each student has the opportunity to select courses tailored to their interests, talents, and future career aspirations under the guidance of our QUEST counsellors. By participating in highly recognised international competitions, they enhance their academic competitiveness, with a clear focus that will strongly contribute to successful acceptances of top-tier universities.

QUEST Counselling

At BBSG, we engage students in University and Career Counselling from an early age. Through the QUEST programme, our counselling team connects with all families from Grade 6 through monthly QUEST talks, pre-Track support via annual plans, and regular meetings. Additionally, BBSG offers a University Consultation Scholarship Programme that rewards students who exemplify our core values and demonstrate outstanding potential. This programme provides one-on-one support through personalised consulting, academic enhancement, and application tracking. 

Worldwide and Local Premium Resources and Accreditation

In our second year, BBSG has received centre recognition from Pearson to deliver IGCSE and IAL examinations and has been approved as an Award Centre for the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (DofE). This provides our students with opportunities to participate in prestigious international programmes and sit for international exams.

Leveraging the Student Exchange Programmes with our partner school, the Benenden School, our students have participated in a variety of learning activities on the two campuses. These exchange programmes not only broaden their cultural awareness but also provide a platform for establishing friendships.

As the partner school of the Kindervasity Hub, BBSG students and teachers have the privilege of leveraging educational resources from educators of top universities worldwide. In the first two years, BBSG students have directly engaged with professors, experts and admissions officers from prestigious institutions on campus respectively, including representatives from the Pembroke College Oxford, the University of Cambridge, Harvard University, Columbia University, The University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), being inspired to set long-term goals for attending global universities.

BBSG students attended the launch ceremony of the Hub Connect Scholars Programme and have the opportunity to apply for the 2025 Summer Programme at Pembroke College, where they can experience authentic learning with local students in the UK

Additionally, with access to extensive corporate resources, students have engaged in career practice in university VR labs, automobile factories, and hospital operating rooms. These practical experiential learning experiences enrich their education and help them discover their passions for future careers.
