It is important that teaching and learning opportunities are maximised both on and off campus - quality education should not restrict students' needs to learn from the core curriculum. Students have the opportunities to practise the knowledge, skills and concepts they have been learning during their more formal lesson time in beneficial and fun ways. Co-curricular opportunities often extend from previous lesson time activities and support students to learn new ideas. 

Most importantly, these CCAs make the best use of our unique 'Innovation Centre' and our strong links to a huge range of industry consultants and partners to offer our students an experience they will not find anywhere else. We believe it is very important we extend our Benenden's students beyond their comfort zone. Combine them with students from different grades and even other schools at times and give them opportunities for their self-confidence and curiosity to develop. We know this will help prepare our students for future life and being future ready.
