Dr. Chen is a highly respected expert in the field of STEAM Education with 10+ experiences and has unique insights into the development of AI curriculum. Having had obtained his post-doctoral fellowship in wireless sensor networks from CREST R&D Centre (USA) and PhD in Global Information and Telecommunication Studies from Waseda University (Japan), Dr. Chen has extended experience in leading academic research in key universities, establishing and managing IB/A-Level international schools by taking leadership responsibilities.

Additionally, as a Japan MEXT Global COE Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award winner, Dr. Chen owns many patents and has published 3 high quality SCI-indexed journal papers and 20+ international conference papers as the 1st author.

Mr. Barnes graduated from King’s College London with a Master’s in International Education and from University of Canterbury with a Bachelor’s in Education.

His previous roles include serving as the MYP Coordinator and Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator for an IB candidate school. Mr. Barnes has extensive experience working with new schools to develop and implement meaningful curricula. Mr. Barnes' teaching philosophy centres on cultivating critical thinking skills in students.

Mr. Guo holds an M.S. in Communication and Information Systems from Harbin Engineering University and has six years of experience in STEM and innovation education. 

 He was the Curriculum Design Lead for the DJI RoboMaster S1 robot and has served as a Lead Trainer for the Guangdong Provincial AI Innovation Education Program and a Mentor for the Shenzhen Teachers' Maker Marathon. 

 With a strong engineering background, he focuses on AI-Augmented Teaching and specializes in Interdisciplinary Curriculum Design (STEAM) and Gamified Learning, transforming complex engineering concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Ms. Tan has 20 years of English teaching experience to all ages and levels, extensively in bilingual Science /STEM instruction to Primary students. 

Ms. Tan believe we must teach students holistically, caring not only for their intellectual but emotional development. This way we can instill the skills and approaches they need to “be future ready” so they will not only succeed in life, but flourish.

Ms. Liang earned a Master's degree with Dean’s honor in Leading Innovative Learning Organizations at the Education University of Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology in Education. 

Ms. Liang is an ISTE certified educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator, and Apple Teacher. 

With a decade of experience in teaching and leadership, Ms. Liang is passionate about EdTech, particularly in facilitating innovative STEAM programs and running makerspaces. Her professional background includes serving as an Innovation Coach and STEAM coordinator at top-tier international schools in Beijing and Guangzhou. She also supports students in AI projects, virtual reality, robotics, and inquiry-based learning initiatives.

Mr. Kuchkarov holds a Postgraduate Certificate in International Education and a BA in Computer Science. His teaching experience includes instructing Data Science courses at university level and serving as an ICT and Computer Science teacher in K-12 schools.

Mr. Kuchkarov's educational philosophy is founded on the belief that learning is a lifelong journey. He is fluent in English, Chinese, Tajik, and Russian.

Mr. Lao brings forth a wealth of expertise, boasting over 4 years of experience in bilingual science teaching. Demonstrating adeptness in integrating innovative experiments into the teaching paradigm, Mr. Jackie Lao specialises in imparting foundational scientific knowledge, fostering a heightened enthusiasm and interest in the subject among students.

Mr. Lao has been honoured as an Outstanding Teacher in the Beipian District of Panyu. He has received a Second Prize in the Panyu District Young Teachers' Teaching Ability Competition and a Second Prize in the Panyu District Experimental Teaching Presentation Competition. Furthermore, Mr. Lao possesses extensive experience in guiding students to success in various competitions, with several accolades earned in local Youth Innovation and Technology competitions.
